Z-strain cubensis is most well known for it's aggressive growth. This makes it an excellent choice for growers to grow a lot of mushrooms quickly. It is suspected to be a fast growing isolation of Golden Teacher cubensis. When the mycelium of Z-strain is put on agar or grain, it is more often rhizomorphic than tomentose. The rhizomorphic mycelium is responsible for quick colonization times. The fruits of Z-strain are medium size with copper colored caps and white stipes.

This z-strain is a quick colonizer, but even quicker is the shipping. Very good and clean LC. I injected 1ml of this in my own jar with distilled water and corn syrup and in just 2 days it has all most doubled in clouds of mycelium. I don't purchase my LC from anybody else.

Z Strain is the fastest P. Cube Ive ever researched. It colonized faster than Golden Teacher and it's better than B+ at resisting contamination.
If you are new to Cube research this is the strain to try first. You wont be disappointed.
