PE+ is a cross of Penis Envy and B+ created by Rarebreed Genetics, a collaboration between Albinous White and Robert Young. Rarebreed Genetics is no longer around, but Dave Wombat received these genetics from Albinous White. They grow at a medium speed (in between the pace of B+ and Penis Envy) but with less spores than B+.
